Founder

Mark Ellson

Mark has a long and distinguished career of providing products and services to fortune 500 Utility and Medical companies.  His background includes more than twenty years of progressive senior leadership in fortune 500 and large private manufacturing companies. His engineering, manufacturing and operational experience has focused on significantly improving sales and operational performance, reducing operating costs, leading and managing product introduction, and improving customer value.  Providing consulting services and products to the utility industry has given him the experience and insight to meet complicated customer requirements.

He worked over ten years for Northern States Power Company, now Xcel Energy, in various management roles prior to Jemni, Inc. He was instrumental in implementing a corporate wide customer service system across multiple states during his tenure.

He is an Army Combat Veteran.  In addition, he is also a National Board member for the Elite SDVOB network.  Disabled Veteran businesses helping other Vets help themselves.  Mark is committed to hiring our disabled Veterans and getting the disabled Veteran unemployment rate that is currently at 41% reduced.  The sooner we can get these heroes productive in the workplace, the faster they will adjust and have a productive life. He has an engineering degree from Iowa State University and a Master’s of Business Administration with a minor in Finance from University of Minnesota.

President and CEO

Brandon Hlavka

Brandon has been in the sales realm since 1997 when he started his first company. He received his formal education from the University of Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He has served for 10 years in the US Army and is a proud veteran. As an entrepreneur, Brandon runs diverse businesses including restaurant financing.

Director of operations & administration

Jenni Jaehnke

Jenni is the Director of Administration and Operations for Jemni Inc, where she handles the majority of the behind the scenes operations from helping with marketing campaigns to managing many of our accounts day to day needs. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communications and started her career working in the event and marketing field in and around the Twin Cities area.

Jenni and her husband and two little boys reside in the Western Suburbs of the Twin Cities and when they aren’t out on the lake in the summer, you’ll find her spending time outdoors exploring all of the parks this area has to offer!

 
 
 

 
 

Program Specialist, Aerospace CSP

Terry Ashworth

Born in Broadstairs, England and raised in Massachusetts. Terry attended Berklee College of Music, Boston and the University of Maryland. Terry served in the US Air Force for over 17 years as a Life Support/Survival Instructor certified in Basic/POW/Water/Desert and NATO Artic survival. Terry served 10 of his years at RAF Bentwaters  England attached to both an A-10 squadron and also with the 527thAggressors. Terry had numerous rotations to Germany, Spain, Italy and also was deployed to Saudi during Operation Storm as well as Turkey for Operation Provide Comfort. Following his career in the Air Force, Terry attended numerous training courses and became a Construction Project Manager in California with several home builders, spending over twenty years in   the Construction and Restoration supervisory positions. Terry and his wife moved to Washington State in 2021 and have settled into the NW.

PROGRAM SPECIALIST, AEROSPACE

Jesse L. Jackson

J.L. Jackson has served as the Program Support Specialist for the Jemni Company since March 2020. In this role, he provides onsite guidance on key issues relating to material inventory, supply, and sourcing at Boeing St. Louis.  He brings to the position in-depth knowledge of business operations, material management and inventory control, together with experience in leadership, supply chain and logistics. This United States Marine Corps Veteran has over a decade of experience in forecasting and planning which help with routing and scheduling decisions.  His proven attention to detail will be utilized to improve work process and cost-saving initiatives associated with the program.
